"मन की बात ---पहले जनता की आवाज "

आज हमारे नरेंद्र मोदी फिर "मन की बात" करने जा रहे हैं। पर मेरे मन भी कुछ बात आ रही है वो मैं आपको चंद पंक्तियों के जरिये सुनाना चाह रहा हूँ। पता नहीं ये सरकार तक पहुंचे या नहीं पर आप तक तो अवश्य पहुँचा सकता हूँ।


बिना सुने तुम जन की बात , करते हो तुम अपने "मन की बात " ,
नारा देकर अच्छे दिन का, भूल गए तुम करना विकास ;

जनता जब कुछ पूछती है, मौनव्रत अपनाते हो ,
राजे धर्म के चक्कर में, राज धर्म भूल जाते हो ;

तुम्हारे आँगन की तुलसी पर भी उठ रहे कई सवाल,
सुषमा पर हो रहे हैं बहुत बड़े-बड़े विवाद ;

 अब भी तुम उनके साथ खड़े हो , अपनी ही बातों पर अड़े हो ;
जनता से वो बोलो तुम, जनता चाहती है जवाब ;

वक्त निकलता जा रहा है, पर नहीं मिट रहा है भ्रस्टाचार ,
देकर तुम सिर्फ अपनों का साथ , कैसे करोगे सबका विकास ;

वोट मांगने जब जाते थे, सबको तुम बहुत भाते थे ,
अच्छे दिन का नारा देकर , जनता के दिल में घुस जाते थे ;

अब भी नहीं अगर समझ पाये तो , टूटेगा फिर जनता का विश्वास,
टूट गया जो ये विश्वास, छूठ जाएगा फिर जनता का साथ ;

'मन की बात' करने से पहले  , सुन लो पहले जनता की आवाज ;
नहीं समझे अब भी तो , मन में ही करते रहना फिर ये जो है 'मन की बात'।।

बचपन बचाओ , देश का भविष्य बनाओ

पौधे को सीँचा नहीं तो पेड़ कहाँ से आएगा, पेड़ न बन पाया तो फल कैसे दे पायेगा;
रह जाएंगे पीछे हमसब और वक़्त निकलता जाएगा, अब भी न कुछ कर पाये तो ये देश बँजर हो जाएगा।  

आज जब पूरा देश मन की शांति के लिए विश्व योग दिवस बना रहा है पता नहीं क्यों मेरा मन कहीं न कहीं अशान्त है। ऐसा नहीं है कि मैं योग के खिलाफ हूँ या ये कहना चाहता हूँ की योग से मन की शान्ति नहीं आती, पर मेरे मेरे मन में कुछ ऐसे सवाल उठ रहे हैं जो किसी भी मन को अशान्त करने के लिए काफी होगा और जैसे जैसे आप इस लेख को पढ़ेंगे तो कहीं न कहीं आप भी सोचेंगे की क्या हमारी शांति के लिए योग काफी है। जब तक हमारे देश में शान्ति नहीं आएगी, कैसे कोई भी इंसान जिसे अपने देश से प्रेम है शांत हो सकता है। पिछले एक महीने से हर तरफ योग का प्रचार चल रहा है, योग पर राजनीती हो रही है और सब अपना-अपना तर्क रख रहे हैं और तो और कुछ लोग तो इसको मजहब का रंग देने से भी नहीं चूक रहे हैं ये भी कहीं न कहीं चिंता का विषय तो है।  आज जब दिल्ली के राजपथ पर एक साथ योग करके भारत गिनीज़ बुक में शायद अपना नाम भी दर्ज करवा लेगा (ये लेख योग दिवस शुरू होने से कुछ घंटे पहले लिखा है इसीलिए शायद का प्रयोग करना पड़ा ) तो हम सब बहुत गौरवान्वित महसूस करेंगे और हमारे प्रधानमंत्री के नाम एक उपलब्धि भी जुड़ जायेगी क्यूँकि ये उनके प्रस्ताव के कारण ही संभव हुआ है की पूरा विश्व आज योग दिवस बना रहा है। अब आप सोच रहे होंगे तो फिर चिंता का कारण क्या है? पर मेरी चिंता योग को लेकर नहीं है। 

चिंता का कारण है जिस प्रकार हमारे मंत्री अपने सारे जरुरी काम को महत्व न देकर सिर्फ योग का प्रचार कर रहे हैं, जिस प्रकार योग पर भी राजनीती हो रही है और जहाँ ध्यान देने की जरुरत है उसका कोई जिक्र भी नहीं करता, चाहे वो पक्षधारी पार्टी हो या विपक्ष  । जब सरकार ने आयुष मंत्रालय बनाया है तो क्यों बाकि सब को इसका प्रचार करने की जरुरत है। क्या आज हमारे देश में सिर्फ योग ही सबसे महत्वपूर्ण विषय है जब हमारे देश में कितने लोग ठीक से अपना पेट भी नहीं भर पा रहे हैं।  क्या योग करके उनके मन को शान्ति मिलेगी ये मैं सबसे पूछना चाहता हूँ। बहुत सारे विषय ऐसे हैं जिसपर ध्यान किसी का भी नहीं है और उनमे से एक विषय है बालमजदूरी जिसपर आज मैं रौशनी डालना चाहता हूँ और सरकार और बाकी राजनेताओं का ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहता हूँ। क्या इसपर किसी को ध्यान देने की जरुरत नहीं है ?

आज हम गर्व से कहते हैं कि हम आज़ाद भारत में रहते हैं , पर क्या सिर्फ अपनी आज़ादी देश को आज़ाद कहने के लिए काफी है जबकि आज भी हमारे देश में बालमजदूरी का प्रचलन है और कहीं-कहीं तो बंधुआ मजदूरी का भी प्रचलन है। एक साल पहले हमारे देश के कैलाश सत्यार्थी को नोबेल पुरुस्कार दिया गया क्यूंकि उन्होंने अपना सारा जीवन बालमजदूरी को हटाने के लिए समर्पित कर दिया, पर कुछ दिनों तक उनका नाम हर चैनल पर दिखाने के बाद सब उनको आज भूल से गए हैं। कितने लोग हैं जो उनके काम को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आज आवाज उठाते हैं? क्या हमारी सरकार का या दूसरे नेताओं का फ़र्ज़ नहीं की उनके इस योगदान में उनका साथ दे? क्या ये सिर्फ उनकी जिम्मेवारी है कि वो अपना जीवन इसमें झोंक दें ?

बालमजदूरी एक ऐसा अभिशाप है जो हमारे देश के भविष्य के लिए बहुत बड़ा खतरा है और सिर्फ एक आदमी के योगदान से उसे नहीं मिटाया जा सकता। उसके लिए सरकार को और  हमलोगों को मिलकर काम करना पड़ेगा।अब आपके मन में प्रश्न उठेगा कि हम इसमें क्या कर सकते हैं, सब कैलाश जी की तरह अपना जीवन तो इसमें नहीं लगा सकते, तो आगे आपको अपने प्रश्न का उत्तर मिल जाएगा।  पर ये समझाने से पहले मैं एक ऐसा उदहारण देना चाहूंगा जो हमसब के जीवन में हमेशा आता है पर हम कभी उसको गहराई से सोच नहीं पाते। 

थोड़ी देर के लिए सोचिये आप अपने दोस्तों के साथ कहीं जा रहे हैं  और आपका चाय पीने का मन करता है, आप किसी चाय की दूकान पर रुकते हैं और चाय आर्डर करते हैं। दूकान में से एक ११-१२ साल का बच्चा आता है और आपको चाय देता है , आप चाय पीते हैं और बिल देकर अपने रास्ते पर आगे निकल जाते हैं ( ये वाक्या हर आदमी के जीवन में अक्सर होता है ) और अपनी मस्ती में खो जाते हैं।  अब मैं सबसे पूछना चाहूंगा कि यहाँ आपने कोई गलती की या नहीं ? मैं कहता हूँ कि अनजाने में ही सही पर आपने बहुत बड़ी गलती कर दी क्यूंकि आपने कहीं न कहीं बालमजदूरी को बढ़ावा दिया। इस गलती के लिए आपको सजा तो नहीं होगी पर अनजाने में आपने देश के भविष्य को जरूर बिगाड़ दिया जिसकी कीमत हमारा देश चुकाएगा।  ये गलतियां हमसे इसलिए होती हैं क्यूंकि हम आज इतने मतलबी हो गए हैं की दूसरों की चिंता करने की सोच कहीं मर सी गयी है। इसका मतलब ये कतई नहीं है कि हम अपने रोज़मर्रा के काम को छोड़कर बालमजदूरी हटाने में लग जाएँ , पर हमारी थोड़ी सी जागरूकता हमें ऐसी गलतियां करने से बचा सकती हैं और हमारे देश का भविष्य बना सकता हैं। तो कैसे बचेंगे हम ऐसी गलतियां करने से और कैसे मिटायेंगे बालमजदूरी  ये सोच रहे होंगे आप, पर मेरे ख्याल में बहुत आसान है ये और आपके काम पर भी असर नहीं पड़ेगा और आपके दिल को एक सुकून की अनुभूति होगी। 

1. कभी ऐसी दूकान से सामान न लें जिसमे बच्चो से काम लिया जा रहा हो और दूसरों को भी न करने दें अगर आपकी नज़र जाए। ऐसा करने से जब उस दूकान के मालिक को पता चलेगा तो वो खुद ही बच्चे से काम नहीं करवाएगा क्यूंकि हर दुकानदार मुनाफे के लिए काम करता है और वो कभी अपना नुकसान नहीं चाहेगा। 
2. अगर आपके घर या ऑफिस के आस-पास कोई बच्चे से काम लेता है तो आप किसी भी संस्था में (जो बालमजदूरी के विरोध में काम करता हो) जानकारी दे सकते हैं। आजकल इंटरनेट के ज़माने में  बहुत आसान है ये और इससे आपके काम में कोई फर्क भी नहीं पड़ेगा नाही आपका समय व्यर्थ होगा।  
3. आजकल बहुत सारे घरों में अमूमन देखा जाता है की छोटे बच्चों को साफ़-सफाई के काम के लिए रखा जाता है।  अगर आपके या आपके दोस्तों के घर पर ऐसा कुछ है तो इसका विरोध जरूर करें और उनको बालमजदूरी के विरोध में बने कानून की जानकारी भी दें ताकि उनके दिल में थोड़ा डर बैठे। 

ऐसे बहुत सारे छोटे-छोटे उपाय हैं जिसको अपनाकर आप एक अनजाने अपराध से तो बचेंगे ही साथ में देश की तरक्की में योगदान भी देंगे। ऐसा करके दिल को एक अच्छा एहसास भी होगा और अगर सब जागरूकता दिखाएंगे तो वो दिन दूर नहीं जब हमारे देश से बालमजदूरी पूरी तरह ख़त्म हो जायेगी। फिर हमें सिर्फ कैलाश जी जैसे आदमी की जरुरत नहीं रहेगी जो अपना पूरा जीवन  किसी कार्य में समर्पित करे और हम बस बैठ कर देखें। जब एक अकेला आदमी इतना कुछ कर सकता है तो अगर सब मिलकर थोड़ा-थोड़ा योगदान भी देंगे तो बहुत कुछ कर सकते हैं क्यूंकि ये तो सब जानते हैं की "एकता में बल है"। 

अब मैं अपनी सरकार से और बाकी नेताओं से एक अपील करना चाहता हूँ कि हमारे देश में आज ऐसे-ऐसे काम पड़े हैं जिनपर ध्यान देने की ज्यादा जरुरत है। आज आप योग करवाकर विश्व रिकॉर्ड तो जरूर बना लेंगे पर देश की शान्ति योग से नहीं आएगी। अगर हमारे प्रधानमंत्री यूनाइटेड नेशन में बालमजदूरी के मुद्दे पर आवाज उठाते और सारे विश्व को आज बालमजदूरी हटाने का दिवस बनाने के लिए प्रेरित करते तो ज्यादा बेहतर होता और इससे उनको  और ख्याति मिलती और तो और इसपर किसी नेता या दल को राजनीती करने का मौका भी नहीं मिलता।  जिस प्रकार आज लाखों लोग एक साथ योग कर रहे हैं अगर वैसे ही सब बस एक-एक  बालमजदूर मुक्त कराते तो हमारे देश को भविष्य में लाखों लोगों का योगदान मिलता और देश की तरक्क़ी होती। इससे बड़ा और बेहतर विश्व रिकॉर्ड और क्या हो सकता है।  आज जितने लोगों ने एक साथ योग किया उसमे से कल कितने करेंगे इसकी गारंटी  किसी के पास नहीं है पर अगर आप लाखों बचपन को बचाते तो उनकी आज़ादी पूरी जिंदगी के लिए होती। फिर देश को भी शान्ति मिलती और मन को भी। ये काम तो कोई योग गुरु भी कर सकता था और आज आप ऐसा करके उनका बाजार बढ़ा रहे हैं जबकि आपको देश में बहुत काम करने हैं जो योग से ज्यादा जरुरी हैं क्यूंकि जब आप बचपन बचाएंगे तभी देश में अच्छे दिन आएंगे। यही कारण है कि इस विषय को उठाने के लिए मैंने आज का दिन चुना और अगर अब भी सरकार नहीं समझी तो पता नहीं कितने और कैलाश सत्यार्थी जैसे आदमी को अपना जीवन समर्पित करना पड़ेगा। 

बचपन का है  मूल्य बड़ा, मत करो नज़रअंदाज़ इन्हें ;

                                    देश का भविष्य हैं ये, मत होने दो बर्बाद इन्हें।

दिल्ली सरकार की भक्षक और केन्द्र सरकार की रक्षक बन गयी है दिल्ली पुलिस

कभी कूड़े पर राजनीती हो रही थी, अब राजनीती में कूड़ा हो गया है यहाँ;

देश का दिल कहते हैं इसको , ये है दिल्ली मेरी जान। 

दिल्ली की ७० विधानसभा सीटों में से ६७ सीटों का प्रचंड बहुमत पाकर इतिहास बनाने वाली और सत्ता में कदम रखने वाली आम आदमी पार्टी को ऐसे दिन की कभी कल्पना भी नहीं होगी, पर पिछले कुछ दिनों से जो दिल्ली में हो रहा है उससे कौन वाकिफ नहीं है। जनता की भलाई के नाम पर जनता की ही आवाज को दबाया जा रहा है और सब अपनी-अपनी राजनीती की रोटियां सेकने में लगे हुए हैं। जनता के नाम पर सब अपने अधिकारों की लड़ाई कर रहे हैं और जनता सिर्फ तमाशगीन बनी बैठी है। दो साल पहले अस्तित्व में आई पार्टी  हर दिन एक नए  घिर जाती है, शायद इतने विवाद तो पुरानी पार्टियों में इतने सालों में नहीं हुए या यूँ कहें की उजागर नहीं होने दिए पर। पर हर समय जनता के नाम पर अपनी राजनीती करने वाले नेता शायद भूल जाते हैं कि ५ साल बाद उन्हें फिर जनता के बीच ही जाना है।

दिल्ली में केजरीवाल सरकार के पीछे पहले केंद्र फिर उप-राज्यपाल और अब दिल्ली पुलिस हाथ धो कर पीछे पड़ी हुई है। मुझे ये कहते समय हमारे प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का दिल्ली चुनाव से पहले दिया वो भाषण याद आता है जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि ' दिल्ली को स्थिर बनाना है तो केंद्र और राज्य की सरकार  एक ही पार्टी की होनी चाहिए ' , पर जनता ने उनके इस कथन को सिरे से नकार दिया और दिल्ली में स्थिर सरकार बनाने के लिए केजरीवाल को प्रचंड बहुमत दी। पर शायद जनता उस भाषण के पीछे छुपे भाव को नहीं समझ पायी और कहीं न कहीं ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि दिल्ली की जनता उसकी कीमत चुका  रही है। आजतक हमने इतने सालों में उप-राज्यपाल का दिल्ली में इतना हस्तछेप नहीं देखा जितना इन ३-४ महीनों में देखने को मिल रहा है।

सब अपने अधिकार की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं पर जनता के अधिकार का क्या। अब दिल्ली पुलिस भी केजरीवाल सरकार के मंत्रियों के पीछे पड़ी हुई है और २१ लोगों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल करने वाली है, उनका कहना है कि इन मामलों में जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही करने की जरुरत है। मैं ये नहीं कहता की चार्जशीट मत बनाओ या कार्यवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए पर क्या दिल्ली पुलिस को ये ज्ञात नहीं है कि हमारे लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में २०० से ऊपर सदस्य ऐसे हैं जिनपर न जाने कब से अपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं और कोई चार्जशीट बनाने की जल्दी नहीं है।
फिर क्यों सबको दिल्ली सरकार के मामले में ही अपना फ़र्ज़ और अधिकार याद आता है। मुझे किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी से कोई हमदर्दी नहीं है, पर जिस तरह से दिल्ली में लोकतंत्र की धज्जियां उड़ रही हैं उससे जो भी इस देश का जागरूक नागरिक है वो कहीं न कहीं आहत जरूर होता होगा। जिस तेज़ी के साथ जीतेन्द्र तोमर के केस में कार्यवाही हुई है उससे हर नागरिक का सीना जरूर चौड़ा होता है कि हमारे देश की पुलिस कितनी सक्षम है पर क्यों केंद्र सरकार के नेताओं पर उसी तेज़ी से कार्यवाही नहीं की जा रही।  ये दोहरा पैमाना शक करने पर मज़बूर करता है कि दिल्ली पुलिस भी राजनीती से प्रेरित होकर काम कर रही है।

गलतियां सब से होती हैं पर केजरीवाल ऐसे पहले नेता हैं जो अपनी गलतियां सबसे पहले सुधारते हैं और फिर लोगों से माफ़ी भी मांगते हैं, और यही कारण है कि मोदी लहर के बावजूद दिल्ली की जनता ने उन्हें अपनी सर-आँखों पर बैठाया। अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही जब दिल्ली की सड़को पर कचरे का ढेर लगा था तब  केजरीवाल सरकार ने कुछ गलतियां की जैसे हड़ताल ख़त्म होने के बाद पार्टी के लोग सफाई करने सड़कों पर उतरे जिसमें कहीं न कहीं राजनीती की बू आती है क्योंकि अगर सिर्फ जनता की भलाई उनका उद्देश्य होता तो १२ दिनों तक कचरे का अम्बार नहीं लगता बल्कि पहले ही दिन से उन्हें अपने कार्यकर्ताओं को सफाई के लिए लगा देना चाहिए था। पर जनता ने ये भी देखा की जो उप-राज्यपाल हमेशा अपने अधिकारों की दुहाई देते नहीं थकने इस पूरे प्रकरण में कहीं नज़र नहीं आये , तो जनता समझदार है कि  कौन उनके साथ खड़ा है और कौन अपनी राजनीतिक रोटियां सेक रहा है। तोमर प्रकरण में भी सब केजरीवाल पर ऊँगली उठा रहे हैं पर जैसे ही मामला साफ़ हुआ केजरीवाल ने उसे हटाने में देरी नहीं की पर जिस तरह से बीजेपी दोषियों को बचाने में लगी हुई है ये अब किसी से छुपा नहीं है।

दिल्ली पुलिस जो आज अपने फर्ज की दुहाई दे रहा है और सिर्फ केजरीवाल सरकार के पीछे पड़ी है शायद भूल गयी है "मनोज वशिष्ट एनकाउंटर " जिसमें उसकी स्पेशल टीम शक के घेरे में है।  चार जाँच कमिटी  बन गयी है पर मामला कहाँ दबा पड़ा है ये न हमारे गृहमंत्री  पाएंगे न दिल्ली पुलिस।  क्यों उस रेस्टोरेंट में इतने कैमरे होने के बावजूद सिर्फ वही वीडियो सार्वजानिक किया गया जिसमें कुछ साफ़ नहीं था।  अगर दिल्ली पुलिस का ऐसा दोहरा पैमाना रहेगा तो कैसे कोई देश के कानून  विश्वास करेगा।

अगर सबको जनता की इतनी फ़िक्र है तो दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्ज़ा क्यों नहीं दिया जा रहा जबकि दोनों सरकारों के पास पूर्ण बहुमत है।  एक नयी  पार्टी जिसका मुद्दा भ्रस्टाचार हटाना है क्यों उसके हाथ बांधे जा रहे हैं। सब संविधान की दुहाई देते हैं  पर कोई ये क्यों नहीं समझना चाहता कि संविधान लोगों की भलाई के लिए बना है, अपने अधिकारों की लड़ाई  नहीं। अगर कोई नयी शुरुआत करना चाहता है और जनता भी जब उसके साथ है तो फिर ऐसी अड़चने पैदा करके सब जनता से किस बात का बदला ले रहे हैं। ऐसा करके उनकी सोच यही बताती है की एक बार बहुमत मिल गयी फिर अगले ५ साल तक जनता की क्या जरुरत है, पर सब ये भूल जाते हैं जनता ही जनार्दन है और वो सब देख रही है बस अंतर इतना है पहले कोई आवाज नहीं उठाता था पर अब धीरे-धीरे देश बदल रहा है। अगर इसे आपलोग विकास की राजनीती कहते हैं तो शायद ही कोई होगा जो ऐसा विकास देखना चाहता होगा। नेता जनता को भूली तो ज्यादा फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा पर जिस दिन जनता नेता को भूल गयी वो सीधे धरातल पर गिरेगा।

मैं ये जानता हूँ कि इस लेख के बाद सब बोलेंगे की मैं आम आदमी पार्टी से प्रेरित हूँ , पहले लेख के बाद किसी ने मुझे फेसबुक पर कहा की कांग्रेसी हो पर मैं किसी राजनितिक पार्टी का पक्षदार नहीं हूँ।  हमारे देश की यही विडम्बना है की यहाँ जनता को आवाज उठाने का हक़ नहीं है सिर्फ राजनेता ही आवाज उठा सकते हैं और मैं इसी सोच को बदलना चाहता हूँ और तब-तब मेरी आवाज उठेगी जब-जब जनता के साथ धोका होगा।

बहुत मुश्किल हैं जिंदगी के ये रास्ते, यहाँ हर कदम पर काँटे ही काँटे मिलेंगे;

अगर दिल में अरमान हो कुछ कर गुजरने का तो फूल भी तो काँटो में ही खिलेंगे।

कानून से नहीं, नसीब और खोखली दलीलों से चल रही है सरकार

बदनसीब है वो देश जिसका प्रधानमंत्री देश के विकास के लिए अपने नसीब की दुहाई देता हो,

बदनसीब है वो देश जिसकी संसद में दागी नेता हो;

बदनसीब है वो देश जिसमे पत्रकार अपनी आवाज उठाने के एवज में अग्निपरीक्षा देता हो,

और बदनसीब है वो देश जहाँ इतना कुछ होने पर भी प्रधानमंत्री चुप्पी साधे बैठा हो। 

आज जब ललित मोदी प्रकरण में हर दिन एक नया  खुलासा हो रहा है और जिस प्रकार हमारे देश के बड़े बड़े नेताओं के नाम सामने आ रहे हैं, तो इस देश का हर जागरूक नागरिक यही सोच रहा होगा कि क्या हमारे देश में कानून का कुछ महत्व रह गया है या नहीं या फिर कानून सिर्फ कुछ राजनेताओं के हाथ की कटपुतली मात्र बन कर रह गया है। जिस इंसान की जगह आज भारत के किसी जेल में होनी चाहिए, वो शान के साथ समुद्र किनारे विदेश में बैठकर इंटरव्यू दे रहा है और  हमारे देश के कानून की धज्जियाँ उड़ा है।

अभी ज्यादा दिन नहीं हुए जब बीजेपी सरकार एक साल के कामकाज का  डंका पीट रही थी और पारदर्शिता की बातें कर रही थी।  पर क्या यही पारदर्शिता है हमारे सरकार की जो एक कानून की नज़र में भगोड़े की चुपचाप मदद कर देता है और देश की १२५ करोड़ जनता को इसका पता भी नहीं चलता। वो तो भला हो ब्रिटिश मीडिया का जिसके कारण ये मामला उजागर हुआ और अब इसकी परतें खुलनी चालु हुई हैं, नहीं तो पता नहीं ये मामला उजागर भी होता भी या नहीं। पर अभी भी हमारी सरकार दोषियों को बचाने के लिए पूरी ताकत लगा रही है और अपनी खोखली दलीलों से जनता को बरगलाने की कोशिश कर रही है।

बीजेपी के नेता बोल रहे हैं कि  सुषमा स्वराज ने ललित मोदी की मदद मानवता के आधार पर की और इससे सिर्फ उनकी पत्नी को फायदा पंहुचा, ललित मोदी को नहीं,  पर ये कहते समय शायद वो भूल जाते हैं की सुषमा स्वराज को मदद के लिए मेल ललित मोदी ने किया था उनकी पत्नी ने नहीं। अगर ऐसे ही झूठी  दलीलों से वो अपनी गलतियाँ  छुपाते रहेंगे तो वो एक तरह से सारे अपराधियों के लिए बचने का बहुत ही सुनहरा रास्ता खोल रहे हैं।

दुनिया का कोई भी आदमी ये बता सकता है की कैंसर का इलाज  पुर्तगाल से बेहतर इंग्लैंड में हो सकता है पर शायद हमारी विदेश मंत्री इस बात से अनभिज्ञ थी। सबसे हास्यास्पद  बयान तो ललित मोदी ने तब दिया जब  उसने कहा की वो ऐसा क्रांतिकारी ऑपरेशन था कि ऑपरेशन के तुरंत बाद इंसान उठकर डिनर टेबल पर जा सकता है। अगर ऐसा है तो मैं अपनी सरकार से ये अपील करना चाहता हूँ की तुरंत  बिना कोई समय गवाए एक डॉक्टर की टीम पुर्तगाल के उस रिसर्च इंस्टिट्यूट भेजी जाए ताकि वो वहां ऐसे क्रांतिकारी इलाज को सीखें ताकि  हमारे देश में कैंसर पीड़ितों को इसका फायदा मिल पाये और वो भी ऐसी जानलेवा बीमारी से जल्द से जल्द निजात पा पाएं और अपने परिवार के साथ छुटियाँ बिता पायें।

हमारे देश के प्रधान मंत्री जो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार में कच्चे तेल की कीमत कम होने पर स्टेज से अपने अच्छे नसीब की हुँकार भरते नहीं थकते थे पर  आज अपनी बदनसीबी पर क्यों चुप्पी साध कर बैठे हैं ये पुरे देश की समझ से बाहर है।  आज भी रोजाना वो ट्वीट करके योगा का एक नया आसान बताना नहीं भूलते पर इन सारी बातों पर उनका कोई बयान नहीं आता। पर मैं उनसे ये पूछना चाहता हूँ योगा करके लोगों को मन की शान्ति तो मिल जायेगी पर जब तक देश में अशांति रहेगी तो लोग मन  की शान्ति का क्या करेंगे। आप काला धन लाने की बात करते नहीं थकते और दूसरी ओर आपके मंत्री काला धन रखने वाले लोगों को बचाने की हर संभव कोशिश करते नहीं थकते। क्या आप अपना चुनावी वादा भूल चुके हैं " बहुत हुआ भ्रष्टाचार, अबकी बार मोदी सरकार" या फिर वो भी १५ लाख वाले वादे की तरह सिर्फ चुनावी जुमला था।

ये हमारी मीडिया की भी नाकामयाबी है कि हमारे यहाँ से हो रही भ्रस्टाचारियों की मदद का खुलासा हमें दूसरे देश की मीडिया के खुलासे से पता चलता  है और उसके बाद सब उस मुद्दे को तूल देते हैं।  हमारी जनता की ख़ामोशी भी इसमें मददगार है जो सिर्फ  चुनाव में वोट देना ही अपना फ़र्ज़ समझते हैं और फिर अगले ५ साल तक तमाशगीन बने देखते रहते हैं। अब समय आ गया है की हमें अपने वोट के महत्व को समझना पड़ेगा और सरकार से उनके वादों का जवाब मांगना होगा नहीं तो हर समय हमारे लोकतंत्र और कानून का ऐसे ही मज़ाक बनता रहेगा और हम सिर्फ अफ़सोस ही करते रह जाएंगे।

मोदी सरकार में आये ललित मोदी के अच्छे दिन

अच्छे दिन का वादा  करके सत्ता में आने वाली 'मोदी सरकार ' अभी तक देशवासियों के लिए तो अच्छे दिन नहीं ला पायी है पर कुछ लोगों के अच्छे दिन जरूर आ गए हैं, जिसमे सबसे नया मामला ललित मोदी का है। ललित मोदी को तो हम सब जानते हैं और उनपर लगे आरोपों से भी सब वाकिफ हैं, जिसमें ७०० करोड़ के गबन, फेमा का उल्लंघन जैसे आरोप शामिल हैं और वो प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (E.D) की नज़र में देश के भगोड़े हैं। २०१० से ही वो देश से बाहर ब्रिटेन में रह रहे हैं और E.D ने उनके नाम का ब्लू कार्नर नोटिस भी जारी किया हुआ है। अब हमारे देश की विदेश मंत्री श्रीमती सुषमा स्वराज उनकी मदद करने के कारण विपक्ष के निशाने पर हैं, जिनपर आरोप है की उन्होंने अपने पद का गलत इस्तेमाल किया और एक आरोपी को यात्रा करने के दस्तावेज़ लेने में मदद की जिसके कारण वो ब्रिटेन के बाहर जा सके। 

पहले ललित मोदी पर ब्रिटेन से कहीं भी बहार जाने पर पाबन्दी थी और उसका कारण था U.P.A  सरकार का एक सर्कुलर।  पर संडे टाइम्स के हवाले से आई रिपोर्ट से पता चला की किस तरह ललित मोदी ने सुषमा स्वराज से मदद मांगी और कहा कि  उन्हें पत्नी के कैंसर ऑपरेशन के लिए पुर्तगाल जाना है पर उसे पिछले सर्कुलर के कारण जरुरी दस्तावेज नहीं मिल रहे हैं क्यूंकि इससे दोनों देश के द्विपक्षीय  रिश्तों पर असर पड़ेगा। इसपर सुषमा स्वराज ने वहां के एक M.P  कीथ वाज़  से बात की और कहा अगर ब्रिटिश कानून के मुताबिक उन्हें जरूरी दस्तावेज़ दिए जा सकते हैं तो उससे हमारी सरकार को कोई दिक्कत नहीं है और इसके २४ घंटे के अंदर उसको सारे दस्तावेज़ मिल गए।

अब सारा मामला सामने आते ही पूरा विपक्ष मोदी सरकार को घेरने में लग गया है और सुषमा स्वराज के इस्तीफे की मांग कर रहा है और पूरी सरकार और उसके सहयोगी दल सुषमा स्वराज के साथ खड़ा नज़र आ रहा है। सुषमा स्वराज ने ट्वीट करके कहा है की उन्होंने जो कुछ भी किया वो मानवीयता के आधार पर किया क्योंकि ललित मोदी को पत्नी के ऑपरेशन के लिए इस्तांबुल जाना जरुरी था। बीजेपी के सारे मंत्री उनके इस फैसले को सही करार दे रहे हैं और कह रहे हैं कि किसी व्यक्ति की मानवीयता के आधार पर मदद करना कोई अपराध नहीं है।  पर शायद हमारे देश के नेता सत्ता में आने के बाद अपनी ही कही बातों से मुकर जाते है और ये भी नहीं सोचते इससे देशवासियों की उमीदों का क्या जिससे सरकार बड़े बड़े वादे करके वोट मांगते हैं और फिर अपनी ही बातों से मुकर जाते हैं।

अगर बात सिर्फ मानवीयता की होती तो  क्यों किसी को कोई दिक्कत आती पर यहाँ किसी अपराधी को फायदा पहुचाने की बात है जिसे मानवीयता की आड़ में छुपाया जा रहा है।  कुछ तथ्य ऐसे भी सामने आये हैं जिससे ये पता चलता है की सुषमा स्वराज के और उनके परिवार के ललित मोदी के साथ पुराने रिश्ते हैं। कुछ ऐसे इ-मेल भी सामने आये हैं जिसमें स्वराज कौशल (सुषमा स्वराज के पति ) ने अपने भतीजे के एडमिशन के लिए ललित मोदी  की मदद ली थी। सारे इ-मेल इस  लिंक पर क्लिक करके  देखे जा सकते हैं  http://t.co/R3dExQEp23

अगर सारी  कड़ियों को जोड़कर देखा जाए तो ये सिर्फ मानवीयता के आधार पर किया हुआ फैसला नज़र नहीं आता और साफ़ नज़र आता है की ये फैसला संवैधानिक रूप से बिलकुल गलत है और कानून को पूरी तरह से नज़रअंदाज़  किया गया है। हर जागरूक नागरिक आज यही जानना चाहता है कि :

1. क्या सुषमा स्वराज को ललित मोदी पर चल रहे केस का पता नहीं था जबकि उनकी बेटी खुद ललित मोदी के वकीलों की टीम में हैं। 
2. क्या कोई अपराधी सीधे हमारे देश के विदेश मंत्री को फ़ोन कर सकता है , और हमारी विदेश मंत्री बिना किसी से बताये उसकी मदद कर सकती हैं। 
3. जब ललित मोदी पर E.D  ने इतने आरोप लगाये हैं तो क्या सुषमा जी को फैसला लेने से पहले E.D से बात  चाहिए थी। 
4. अगर मानवीयता के आधार पर फैसला लिया गया तो देश के १२५ करोड़ लोगों को अभी तक क्यों अँधेरे में रखा गया और क्यों उसी वक्त इसको सार्वजानिक नहीं किया गया।  
5. अगर ब्रिटिश मीडिया से ये खबर निकल कर नहीं आती तो  और कब तक इस बात को छुपाया जाता। 
6. अगर सिर्फ मानवीयता के आधार पर ये फैसला था तो क्यों नहीं ललित मोदी को ऑपरेशन के बाद समर्पण करने को कहा गया। 
7. क्यों यात्रा दस्तावेजों को सिमित समय के लिए ही देने को नहीं कहा गया और दो साल का वीसा मिला ललित मोदी को जिसके कारण वो कहीं भी आ जा सके। ( अभी भी वो वेनिस में हैं )
8. क्या सुषमा जी अपना २६ फरवरी २०१० को संसद में दिए अपने भाषण को भूल गयी थी जिसमे उन्होंने भ्रस्टाचारियों के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही की मांग की थी। 

और भी बहुत सारे सवाल मन में आते हैं जिससे सरकार के दोहरे पैमाने का पता चलता है। हमारे देश के गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह  सबसे पहले सुषमा जी के  बचाव में आये और उनके फैसले को बिलकुल सही बताया, पर क्या वो  ये बता सकते हैं कि एक आदमी जो देश के कानून में दोषी है उसके साथ मानवीयता तो दिखा दी आपने पर जब कश्मीर के बाढ़ पीड़ितों को मुआवजे के नाम पर Rs 47  से Rs 300 दिए जाते हैं तब आपको मानवीयता याद नहीं आती।  या फिर जब उत्तर प्रदेश में किसी पत्रकार को जिन्दा जल दिया जाता है तब मानवीयता भूल जाते हैं आप।  क्या आपको इन मामलो में दखल देने की जरुरत नज़र नहीं आती जब ये खबर न्यूयॉर्क के अखबारों तक पहुंच चुकी है। अगर मानवीयता दिखानी है तो यहाँ दिखाइए क्योँकि ये लोग मासूम हैं और इन्साफ मांग रहे हैं।

अमित शाह जी भोपाल गैस त्रासदी का नाम लेकर इस अपराध को छुपा नहीं सकते क्यूंकि दूसरों के कीचड़ से कभी अपना कीचड़ साफ़ नहीं होता बल्कि और गन्दगी ही बढ़ाता है। क्या आप लोगों अभी भी कांग्रेस की गलतियां ही गिनवाते रहेंगे या फिर कुछ विकास का काम भी करेंगे जिसके लिए जनता ने आपकी पार्टी को चुना है।  कांग्रेस को अपनी गलतियों की सजा मिल चुकी है इसीलिए वो आज सत्ता के बाहर है। गलतियां गिनने का काम जनता पर छोड़िये क्यूंकि फिर कांग्रेस के पास भी ऊँगली उठाने के लिए गोधरा और कंधार जैसे बहुत मसले हैं। इसीलिए आप ऐसा करके दूसरों के लिए आगे गलती करने का रास्ता खोल रहे हैं।

सबसे आखिर में हमारे प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी जो अभी तक इस मसले पर चुप्पी साधे  बैठे हैं जबकि छोटी से छोटी बात पर भी उनका बयान जरूर आता है कृपया ये बताने का कष्ट करेंगे की क्या आज हमारे देश को ७०० करोड़ की जरुरत नहीं है या फिर जैसे हमारे देश में ५० करोड़ की गर्लफ्रेंड हो सकती है वैसे ही ७०० करोड़ (गबन का पैसा ) का फैमिली फ्रेंड भी हो सकता है। या फिर आज हमारा देश इतना अमीर हो गया है की उसे ७०० करोड़ की जरुरत  नहीं है। आज हमारे देश में जब किसान क़र्ज़ के कारण आत्म हत्या कर रहे हैं तो ये ७०० करोड़ से हम ७०००० लोगों की १-१ लाख की मदद तो कर ही सकते हैं या यहाँ मानवीयता का तकाजा आपकी सरकार को नज़र नहीं आता। क्या यही है आपके अच्छे दिन का वादा।

DOING POLITICS (POLLUTE-TRICKS)THAT WILL NOT ‘SUIT’ CITIZENS

“NETA TO AATE HAIN AUR JAATE HAIN, HUMLOG HI UNHE SATTA KI KURSI TAK PAHUCHATE HAIN;  

BINA MATLAB KI BAATON MEIN PHIR WO HUMEIN ULJHAATE HAIN, AUR PHIR DHEERE DHEERE  WO HUMEIN HI BHOOL JAATE HAIN.”

Many breaking news came and lost in the duration of last six month and very few people remember those incidents which made headlines but one news is still in afresh and evry people is aware of it whether adult or children. The news of ‘Narendra Modi’s Suit’ that he wore in Hyderabad House while hosting tea-party for Barack Obama. Obama’s visit in India was in the month of January and now we are in June month, already its 6 month but that suit is still making headlines of media channel. Obama already returned and busy in his country issues but we are still there at Hyderabad House.

 This suit had made controvery because that suit was customized where our PM’s name was written by gold thread all over the suit, so when the controvery started and opposition started circling them, they decided to auction it and donate the money for Ganga Cleaning Program Fund. Auction had earned them approximately 4crores for the suit but the real controversy was started from then only. In every speech or press conference, Congress Party ( other opposition also) comments on that suit till now and symbolizes whole BJP party and cabinet as SUIT-BOOT wali sarkar. This blame game has worsen so much that there is like Phrasal-War going in between Congress and BJP because BJP is also not behind and now started saying Congress and SUIT-CASE wali Sarkar as PM Modi had given answer to Rahul Gandi by symbolizing Congress Party as this. So this war is going on and daily new phrase comes out in market through media and all party again start blame game once again.

Every one is doing politics on this Suit and ready to prove his point but they ever think there are many other serious matter going in the nation which has to solved on prior basis rather than giving media bytes. Both (whther opposition or BJP) are doing this only to divert people mind from the main issues. Do we people really care for what our politicians are wearing or what is the cost of his suit unless and until it was hyped by some one (may be media, opposition or ruling party) or by doing politics on suit will give them any benefit. So we have to think serious on this issue that who has done or still doing politics on that suit and why government as well as opposition are misleading in other direction. As I always encourage people to think seriously and raise our voice if our leaders are misleading us. So we see both perspective that which party has exploited that ‘Suit’ better and also appeal them to take care of other serious matter.

As Congress party blames every time for wearing that suit but Congress Party and especially Rahul Gandhi must have to think that will exploiting this matter and stretching it like rubber will do any benefit in the revival of his party. May be Rahul Gandhi is aggressive in his approach now for the revival of his party but these tricks will back fire him only because his party’s past record is not in his support. So whenever he will comment on suit, BJP will definitely comment on the scams which were happened during last tenure and this will again lead to same blame game where they will compare the value of suit with value of scams and Mr. Gandhi will again become unanswerable.

As long as your party is not clean and clear, these tricks will not going to favour you because everyone knows how Narendra Modi market anything for his party benefit and his party follows his comments like train coach follow its engine ( as you can see SUIT CASE sarkar is in market after MODI commenting it first). So, I appeal to Rahul Gandhi to look into the other serious issues which were lost after Media Headlines. There are many issues that you have to question government if you really want to act as true opposition. You have to question govt. on the problem arrrised due to heat wave and also force them to compensate victims ASAP, you have to ask the status of Manoj Vashisht encounter where delhi police is under scanner, ask them about the action taken against activist showing Pakistan flags in our country, ask about action taken against cabinet ministers who had given controversial speeches which were anti-secular. So there are so many issues which which if you rise against them will gain you more votes than this suit politics. Also you have to clean your party of all the dirt (means who were involved in any type of corruption) because again your state government is under scanner for Kedar Nath Relief Fund Scam.  So if you really want to revive your party then you have many more works to do and time is only 4 years, so please don’t waste your time in phrasal war and forget the past think for future.

As we had seen Congress Perspective, so we will see other side of the coin also where BJP is doing politics on Suit and misleading citizens from main issues by blaming Congress for everything. Many people think that only Congress is responsible o politicizing this issue but if we see the ground realty then we will find that it was BJP who is also equally responsible. I don’t have problem or nobody will have any problem on the dressig of our PM, but after realizing some facts it we will see the dual standard maintained by our MODI SARKAR. On the one side MODI endorses Mahatama Gandhi’s principle everytime and every where but on the otherside, he wear a suit customized with gold stitching and embossed name only some hours after visiting RAJ GHAT. So I just want to ask whether u forgot the principle that Gandhi ji had given of simple living or that suit comes under the category of simple living.

They are blaming Congress for politicizing the matter, but the real politics was played by them when they auctioned the suit and announced that the money will go in the Ganga-Cleaning Fund. But I just want to ask only one thing that if it was not a political trick than why it was not announced earlier before congress raised the issue. But by doing that also they have hurted some peoples sentiment because many people are thinking that now Ganga- Cleaning work will depend on the charity earned by selling any used suit. They could have given that money in any other relief fund but by doing this, they had tried to wash their dirt in our sacred river. People want to ask Uma Bharti that still Ganga is not clean and neither there are any hope in near future, whether she needs more fund then she can ask MODI ji to sell some more suits which he wore in foreign trips because there are many fans who will purchase them by giving good price. This is bad luck of Ganga and people that they will have to depend on auction for development.

They are not realizing these facts and every one is trying to defend his leader and while doing that one of union minister Chaudhary Birendra Singh flaunts his 6-7 lakh watch and shows his shoes of approx 40000 in public rally called for farmers. I want to ask that is it morally right to do in your opinion or sending notice to Amit Kataria by BJP led govt was morally right. State government of BJP in chattisgarh sent notice to him only because he had not wore the suit during MODI visit (in temp of approx 40 degree) without looking his previous record. So I want to ask your government whether your priority is work or only dressing. You can imagine yourself how morally hurted a people will feel when he get notice for doing nothing wrong and always given more than 100%  to his duty.  so I appeal to you please stop these all blame game and work towards the development. There are many more serious factors to look into like VYAPAM SCAM case under your party run state whare more than 150 people lost there lives in suspicious circumstances , farmers doing suicide and many more things are to be done.

I also want to appeal to people, please don’t become the victim of ignorance and fight for your rights. Don’t get influenced by the comments or speeches your leaders give and think seriously that whether there words are in nation benefit or not and always raise your voice if you feel any thing wrong because at the end we will be the only person who will be the victim.

THINK TWICE BEFORE QUESTIONING “ACCHHE DIN” AGENDA, OTHER WISE ‘SARKARI FARMAAN’ MAY BAN YOUR RIGHT TO SPEECH

Every Indian feels proud of living in largest Democracy on the planet and we have a privilege of exercising our Fundamental Right which is listed in our constitution. As we know our first right is ‘freedom of speech’ where every citizen can put their thought openly. But today there is big question mark in every people mind whether they are able to exercise this right openly or we have only the right to speak on personal matters only, not on any social issue.Whatever had happened in IIT Madras indicates that our right to speech is on threat as APSC group in IIT was banned because they have spoken and distributed pamphlets which questioned on the policies of new government. So to questioning our government policies will lead to ban on our right? May be after writing this I will be also banned but I want to exercise my right till then and create some awareness in people towards their rights.

According to media reports on many channels, there was nothing objectionable in the pamphlet and they had not targeted any religion or caste. They only had raised issues on government's policies which are anti-secular and also raised the issue of partiality done with SC/ST in giving scholar ship. Kancha Illiya, an educationist quoted in an interview given to AAJ TAK channel that, “ ban is totally wrong as the group was protesting only against Hindutva agenda (which opposition party also says) of Government and previously also the canteen in the institute were directed to serve only vegetarian food in the hostel which was against individual’s right.” But this is a time for reality check as every coin has two sides and our politicians (whether ruling or opposition) are busy in passing the comments to each other. Don’t get biased toward any one without giving a deep thought. 

All the BJP party members came in support of ban and saying that IIT is an autonomous body and there is nothing to do with HRD Ministry because government doesn’t have any interference in institution’s internal rules. According to them ban was right as the group were not following guidelines of the institute. But before giving this statement they have to realize the fact that ban was implemented after IIT Madras received letter from HRD ministry which stated to take action against the APSC group as they influencing people against government policies. Also HRD ministry had sent that letter because some anonymous person has written them against APSC group. In this situation many question arises, why the group was not banned previously if it is only IIT Madras decision also the group was active from last one year? Why the group was banned immediately after receiving letter from HRD Ministry without giving them a chance to put their defense? How can HRD ministry react on anonymous letter and direct IIT to take action? Anyone can send that letter, may be someone who is BJP supporter or Hindutva agenda supporter. So there are many questions which arise in mind if we thought deeply and our HRD minister Smriti Irani is blaming opposition for creating the atmosphere of protest. Now she want divert people from this issue by challenging Rahul Gandhi for Debate, but I request her on the behalf of people that please give some convincing answer for all above questions first. You can do your debate any time with him to carry on your political battle.

We also have to look other side of the coin also, in which case may be APSC has violated a law and done some anti-religious activities in the campus (for that also they should have banned earlier). But then I want to ask our government or his representative only one question that, if government have same standards for everyone or there is special privilege given to your party members who give anti-secular speeches in public. May be there are special right of speech provided to their own party members which allows them to give anti-secular and racist comment (see my other post ONE YEAR OF MODI GOVERNMENT----). Many controversial speeches were given by your cabinet minister in whom most recent was when your cabinet minister directed people to migrate to other country if their flooding habitat is not allowed here and your other minister who comes in his defense creates controversy for himself. So please explain why there is no action taken against any of them who had given hatred speeches and everyday some new comment comes from the party.  Despite of having all the video clips they had not acted yet but in the case of APSC, they acted on anonymous letter and action was also taken so promptly just because it was against their agenda. 

On the other side, Congress is also not behind in politicizing the matter. As they are in opposition, so it is their duty to question government’s move but all are busy in blame game only. I request Rahul Gandhi by the medium of this platform ( if any how he will read it) that it’s good that you are aggressive now in your approach and circling government on every front, but in that aggression please don’t use those words which will give others opportunity to question your comments and divert people in some other direction. (This is in reference with your speech in NSUI meet where the use of word ‘spread disorder’ may create problems for you). So if you really want to react so please react on these issues which I raised above because always commenting on Suit of PM will only back fire you and will give no benefit to your agenda.

 Now , at last I request all the people to fight for their right and don’t get influenced by others, analyze yourself and take decision, but must raise your voice otherwise in this way we will slowly go towards dictatorship and will not be able to exercise any of our rights.

DELHI FEELING HELPLESS BECAUSE OF ‘JUNG’ BETWEEN ‘KEJRIWAL’ AND ‘MODI SARKAR’

The fight which was started on the bank of the ‘Ganga’ river in Varanasi is still continuing on the bank of the ‘Yamuna’ river in Delhi as there is ‘Jung’ between Kejriwal and Modi Sarkar and there seems no chance of “Ganga-Yamuna Sangam”. So the people in Delhi are feeling helpless with the government without power and there is only one question in their mind that; what is their fault? They already have performed their duty by casting vote and giving historical mandate to make government. So what is the reason of instability in Delhi and who is responsible for creating this. As we all know Delhi is state as well as a union territory and also National Capital of our country so our nation’s image is reflected from the development in Delhi. But it seems that our politicians don’t care for nation image and they keep themselves busy in blaming each other for non-development in city and nation and this what I call Pollute-Tricks (see this post).

As Delhi is state and Union Territory also, so powers are divided in between Lieutenant Governor and some powers are under Central Government. So it is clear that one of these three departments is the main obstacle in development of Delhi. Everyone has his own opinion but there should be some logic behind that and when I analyzed, I got three logical scenarios for creating instability in Delhi.

Kejriwal Sarkar does not want to work for development

This is the first scenario comes in mind as all people blames him and his team for creating controversies for hiding his failure for not fulfilling his promises. They also blame him for non-cooperation with the staffs. They target his arrogant nature and also blame him of running away from responsibility. I agree to all these things but when we fit it into current scenario it will never match because whatever he had done was past. Now he came in power with huge majority and have peoples massive mandate in his side, so he has all the right to choose his own team. He is more connected to people than any other person in Delhi. May be he had done mistakes previously, but he is the only one who goes in between people and apologize for his mistakes. When he realized there may be some obstacles in fulfilling promises done in manifesto, without waste of time he had shown his honesty and confessed with media that may be some work will not be completed in this tenure but he definitely will complete more than 50%. So the person who wants Delhi development and have peoples mandate also, he will not create this controversy. He already had fulfilled some of his promises and still working hard to deliver other things.

Aspiration of LG Najeeb Jung is increased/ LG following Centre’s Order Only

As Delhi was under President Rule for more than 1 year time and all the powers of administration was with LG Najeeb Jung so now he don’t want to lose those additional powers. But this scenario is also very low to happen but another role of LG can’t be ignored because every time he is following what centre orders him because central government is playing major role in this and backing LG on every move he is making.

Modi Sarkar Revenge from Kejriwal and Delhi Citizen

If this is a real situation, then this is a worst scenario but unfortunately this is best possible scenario. This is possible because Kejriwal ended the dream run of Modi-rath who were on winning streak after Lok sabha election and were very confident for winning in Delhi too. But unfortunately there was something else in peoples mind. And they not only lost but were discarded by the people as they got 3 seats only. So by playing this game they are taking dual revenge from Kejriwal as well as from citizens of Delhi. Otherwise, there is no reason they want to cut-off the power of Chief Minister when they also always wanted to give Delhi a full state status which was in their manifesto also. But now they had taken sharp U-turn and are desperate to reduce the power of Kejriwal Sarkar despite of High Court order against their notification. They are so desperate to interfere in Kejriwal’s work that they now have moved to Supreme Court and challenged High Court order.

When our own government has no faith in our judicial system than how can we common people will ever believe in your system. This is the message they are conveying by moving to Supreme Court. Our central government is trying to hide own failures of one year by using these tricks. 1 year is already passed, and only 4 are left now but they still are doing promises only. When Delhi government is trying to work for the citizens they want to cut-off the power of ACB so that Kejriwal will not be able to work on his main manifesto which is anti corruption. Otherwise they want to save some people which may come on Radar if ACB will do enquiry.  When they are not able to handle current responsibility as there are many questions on their Delhi Police (As Manoj Vashisht Encounter Case is still afresh), how they will be able to handle the additional responsibility. When CM of any state want to do development and citizens are happy with him, then its central government’s duty to help him in every way they can, but here other type of politics is happening.

Central government is still in illusion that all things are going right for them but this is the time for them to see the ground realty. Citizens started questioning them in merely 1 year and in Delhi they had answered you for the over-confidence. May be they can win other upcoming state election also but it will be only because there will be no third option for the people, but things are changing day-by-day.

The only difference between Modi and Kejriwaal is that Modi knows to project himself and Kejriwal knows to express himself. Projection always create illusion and expression always create relation which he already had developed with Delhi citizens and rewarded for that only and discarded BJP because their illusion was ended.

POLITICAL FISH MARKET IN NEWS ROOM

“HAR WAARDAAT (INCIDENCE) KE BAAD JAB NETA YAHAN PAR AATE HAIN, BAHAS KARNE KE BAHANE MUDDE (TOPIC) KO BHATKAATE (DIVERT) HAIN;
JINKA MAT (VOTE) LEKAR ISS MUKAAM TAK AATE HAIN, UNKO HI SAMAY AANE PAR KAISE AAP BHUL JAATE HAIN.”

If you are regular news viewer, then you already had understood by above lines that what I am up to this time. And many of you also feel the same but ignore all the facts. There are so many good news channels which had brought revolution in electronic media with their efforts and technology also had played great part in this growing industry. So competition is also growing at rapid pace and every channel wants to run breaking & exclusive news so that we get the news ASAP and they gain TRP. Some channels are really good and their editor, journalist and analyst panel is also good (I am not going to rate). But with increase in this competition and race of gaining TRP somewhere they are losing their charm due to which quantity of news is increasing and quality of news is diminishing (I will post another detailed post on this topic later).

Whenever any incidence occurs, all news channels publishes it as breaking news and then every channel calls the panel of analyst who can share their thoughts on that news. This is the beginning of story which I want to highlight in this post. Every day you can see debate airing live on many channels where politicians are invited to share their thoughts and give answers to the viewers. But if you watch those debates than you’ll regret watching them and think of watching any laughter show instead. They never do justification to the topic and debate never gets to the conclusion. Some time it becomes worst than the fish market situation in the news room and everyone starts his own new topic or start blame game on each other and divert us from main topic so that we never get the conclusion and program ends due to restriction of time. I am not blaming media for not getting to the conclusion but I must question the system in which they conduct debate.

Normally they conducts debate episodes of 30 mins (1 hr in some cases) with 3 or 4 panel members on average basis for representing their party view on the incidence. In those 30 mins approximately 10 min are deducted for advertisement slot which is also necessary for channels to play as they earn their bread and butter from it.  20 mins are left with them to make a discussion on the given topic that will turn to 5 mins avg for every panelist to present their view. Now I challenge any one, if same 5 mins are provided to any college student he will present better views than our politicians on the same topic and also give some conclusive idea. So where is the real problem, in politicians or news channel?  I think politicians attitude and media channels ignorance toward their attitude is the main problem.

The main fact is that politicians (who ever whether ruling party or opponent) play with media restriction as they know they have very limited time to conduct the show, also they have to run promotional adds in between. They already has that analysis in mind which I explained earlier and they know very well that what they have to do if anything will not go in their favor or if they are unanswerable. They just have to divert the topic for 5 min (their avg discussion time) by starting blame game on each other which results in media room becoming fish market and some time in this outburst they speak some out of the planet facts.  They don’t even care they are answerable to us and we want to see the actions and vision of politicians towards any incidence. When they can play with whole country sentiments so playing with media is very small thing for them. By ignoring these facts media somehow is also playing supportive role and damaging their image in the race of TRP because politicians blame them for not giving the time to speak and hide their face easily.

That is the reason why I blamed system of media channels earlier. They have to change the way they conduct the debates otherwise in the race of gaining TRP they will be lost somewhere in mob. There are many ways they can improve the quality which depends on their creative team but I also want to put my suggestion which if introduced will be helpful for the viewers to get the conclusion and also benefit channels TRP by conducting healthy debate. As I had given my calculation earlier so here I will take scenario one where the show time is 30 mins.

As in this scenario the main discussion time is 20 min and let us assume there are 4 panel members, so firstly divide 5 min for each.  Now before conducting the discussion inform every panelist that make sure not to divert the topic (for which channel have to take an action if they want to save their image). Now divide that 5 min in 3 slots of 90 sec each (30 sec still left) which means every person will get 3 chances to speak. Now make sure no one else can speak in between of other person turn. Now start the discussion with introduction of the topic where they can present their or party’s views on the subject nothing other than that. In second part they object on each other’s views and also answer the journalist question. In third and last part they will answer the remaining questions arises during the discussion (make sure it is related to subject) and also they can send their party message to the viewers what action is expected from their side. Remaining 30 sec each is kept for the safe side as in practical approach it is not possible to follow word to word but channel have to follow the timing. So this 30 sec each that means total of 2mins can be used by journalist to bring the discussion on track if it seems to be going out of subject.

So I appeal to media channel to consider this thought or bring any other change as per them to show the real face of politics otherwise they will not suffer but you will suffer some day and will be lost in mob. I know there are many good journalist and editors (I will not name any) who are very impressive and easily conduct good discussion and they also feel pity when discussion ends without conclusion. But the only problem is ignorance which they do and citizens also do by not raising their voice. Politicians will do their politics or (POLLUTE-TRICS) and will not stop playing with system unless and until we ignite ourselves to bring change.

ONE YEAR OF MODI GOVERNMENT---- SEE MIRROR BEFORE SHOWING PICTURE

BJP and Modi government started celebration for completing one year of governance. They are doing rallies and press conferences for showcasing their achievements of one year. All the members of the party are self praising themselves and also doing marking for the governance. On the other hand, Congress Party is also counter-attacking them on every front and they are holding press conferences for convincing people about the failure of government in this one year. They had gone one step further by launching booklet naming “Ek Saal Desh Badhaal” in which they had highlighted on the failures and wrong commitments done by BJP sarkar. There is kind of euphoria everywhere and this political battle and blame game will never going to end.

But the real question is that whether BJP deserve this celebration where they are counting on their achievements in which many are on the initiation levels. Achievements are those which earn respect in the eyes of other and it comes automatically not shown by holding rallies. It does not mean that government has not done any remarkable work in last one year; many initiatives are taken on some front which will be helpful for the growth of the country. But that is the reason for choosing government, people votes only for this because they want to see the growth of country. So it is the duty of every government to take initiative towards the growth. This is like BJP is projecting duties as their achievements. If not, than I don’t know what according to them is the definition of duty ,may be making attendance in every party meeting and cursing congress and AAP also comes under their duty. How can anyone self examine his own answer sheets, and announce the results. By doing this actually they are hiding their failures on many front and again creating kind of illusion in public so that they divert public’s attention from those failures. They can declare their result for 4^th yrs but on 5^th year people will declare result, so you cannot hypnotize people for so long.

If BJP have any regrets of its failures on many front, or they don’t think they had done any mistakes in last one year and are 100% perfect. I will not mention many issues here but, if they feel sorry for all the controversial speech and comments given in public by their party members and ministers. I don’t know whether they remember PREAMBLE OF INDIA or not because very comment was anti-secular and racist. There are so many but I had mentioned top five controversial comments in this one year of governance:

•        Saadhvi Niranjan Jyoti’s controversial speech on “RAAMJAADE KI SARKAAR YA XXXXJAADE KI SARKAR”. This had created so much controversy that PM himself had apologized for it in parliament session and given a very smart excuse that she comes from the illiterate background. But sir, this is not a case of illiteracy because children also know the difference between good and abusive word.
• Giriraj Singh’s comment targeted directly on Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Nigerian country people. It was insult of a woman as well as racist comment passed on Nigerian people.He felt sorry for that comment in parliament but his sorry was also a scripted for damage control. If it had came from heart, then there was no need of reading out those two lines from written and scripted chit of paper because sorry is that emotion which comes from heart. This is one issue which is internal but thinks what if this comment was passed against any super power country. 
• .       Yogi Adityanath’s anti–secular speech about Muslim population. It has created many controversies but no action is taken and neither seems any hope.
• 1.       Sakshi Maharaj’s controversial comments about “giving birth to 4 children…..” was another highlight of your governance.
• 1.       “Love-Jihad” controversy initiated by BJP’s many party member is another achievement of this year governance.
  
  

There are many more controversies but firstly we need to get answer for these. Only
serving them a notice is enough or notice was just the formality because when there is no good governance in BJP party then how we can expect good governance from you. Party is not able to take any action against these people in one year than and only passing time than we will definitely suspect your intention. If any normal citizen would had given this type of speech he landed up in jail in no time but  the main culprits still are in cabinet and enjoying all government perks and benefits. Do they deserve it at all?

Every time Mr. Modi tries to does damage control if any of this instance occur. He always talks about the morals, principles and values but he was also not behind in this race of controversial comment and it hurt people most because they had given vote only on your name. We live in a country of culture and ethics where Maharana Pratap, Shivaji Maharaj and many greats are born and will feel proud till the last breath of our life. When on foreign land you commented in press conference that “Indians felt ashamed to be born in India till last year….” you had downgraded our image on international platform. I think you had forgotten the fact that you are Prime Minister of India because you are Indian, so do you feel ashamed of being Prime Minister of our country. He was on the visit of China for developing business relations and for that you had paid People’s Sentiment as cost. Whatever excuse they can give now but the words spoken can’t be taken back, but it was their duty to apologies for that in public before starting your celebration.

I appeal to the government and its member to seriously look into these issues and kindly take action against those culprit members ASAP, if they are serious about good governance. Rather than doing celebration, address public issues and also work towards maintaining communal harmony in our society. Otherwise, get ready to hear speech from guests like Obama or some other Diplomat once again and make the people feel ashamed once again.

I appeal to people don’t sit silent and raise your voice when you are not getting what you have been promised. Ask government to take action on these issues and address other issues also.

It’s time to come out of dream and see the ground realty.  

“If we want our government to act, then we have to react first”.
